Study project, research owner’s background and reputation, exchange ideas with team members.

Study technical requirements, commercial terms, mill’s production capacity to assess project executability.

Prepare the technical offer, commercial offer, bid bond and any other documents needed, then submit.

Peformance bond, finalize contract with mill, arrange third party inspection.

Hold PPM to clarify technical terms with mill, TPI, engineer Co., and end user. Confirm MPS, ITP and QCP.

Follow up production, arrange on site inspection by TPI, Engineering Co., Walmi and mill, Issue Inspecting Report to customers to release the materials.

Supervising cargo loading and transportation, issue shipping documents to customer and offer weekly report to update the vessel information.

Following up the quality, visiting project owners, geting feedback from end users to improve products quality and services.
