Below please find the details:
PN10 EN 1092-1, type 11 replaces DIN 2632
PN16 EN 1092-1, type 11 replaces DIN 2633
PN25 EN 1092-1, type 11 replaces DIN 2634
PN40 EN 1092-1, type 11 replaces DIN 2635
Weld neck flange includes a long tapered hub and the outside diameter of hub at the beveling end of the welding neck is same with the outside diameter of pipe which it is to be fitted, so the SS flange can be directly welded to the end of the stainless steel pipe or stainless steel butt-welding fittings.
The hub of weld neck flange transfers stress from the flange to the pipe instead as well as reducing the stress concentration from the base of the hub, so they are always used in high pressure piping system. Walmi typically supply them with a raised face(RF), flat face(FF) or Ring Type Joint (RTJ) face.
